These terms govern use of this website for Devils Creek Distillery, Mammoth Lakes, California. They are a working draft for this site and should be reviewed by counsel before production use.
Age
You must be 21 or older to enter. If you are not, leave the site. Please drink responsibly.
The site
Content is for information about the distillery, the whiskeys we publish, and how to visit or inquire. We may update pages without notice. Nothing here is a binding offer until the distillery confirms it in writing or by phone.
Tastings and bottles
The guest book opens a message to info@devilscreekdistillery.com. A submitted request is not a confirmed reservation until we reply. Public hours are Fridays and Saturdays, 3–6pm. Semi-private tastings are by appointment. Online bottle sales, when offered, are for California customers. Complimentary local delivery is described on the shop pages for Mammoth Lakes and Crowley Lake.
Marks
Devils Creek names, labels, the flame mark, and photography on this site belong to the distillery. Do not copy them for your own goods without permission.
Liability
The site is provided as-is. We are not liable for decisions you make from the information here, beyond what the law does not allow us to limit. California law governs these terms.
