The room

Come off the mountainand taste.

Public tasting room hours are Fridays and Saturdays, 3–6pm. Semi-private tastings and tours are available by appointment outside those hours.

The pour

Poured under the Sherwins.

Copper-top bar, hand-hewn beams, and vintage brick, with views of the Sherwins. The room is small on purpose.

Everything else is arranged by phone or mail — semi-private tastings and tours when the still house can open the door.
